Our core objective is to:

• Identify and fight those encumbrances that lead to "achievement gap"
• Identify outstanding and committed Teens and Kids whose interest is the community
• Promote opportunities for Teens and Kids to acquire skills alongside education 
• Discourage the lack of meaningful options for those not gifted in academics to excel
• Identify and promote good ideas, good people and their works
• Build the capacity of today's Teens and Kids, educating and engaging them to live as leaders
• Provide Platform for Teens and Kids to interact with Professionals from time to time
• Engage those professionals who are willing to give professional direction to Teens and Kids
• Instill in the Teens and Kids a lifelong passion for the community
• Document our experiences and circulate them for the benefits of the society
• Provide a platform where Teens and Kids interact regularly
• Build Kingdom minded success driven teens and kids
